1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SMSCode ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SMSCode provides temporary phone numbers for short-term SMS verification. The service may include:

• Temporary numbers from available countries and services
• SMS reception during the active verification period
• Account, reservation, and credit management

3. Reservations and Verification

When the reservation flow is available:

• The country and service list is an availability guide; the reservation check is the final availability test
• The app displays the server-provided credit quote and reservation deadline
• A number is provided only after a reservation is successfully confirmed
• Each number is intended for one verification session and cannot be extended

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful, legitimate verification purposes
• Follow the laws, rules, and terms that apply to your use of the destination service
• Keep your account and sign-in information secure
• Provide accurate information when contacting support

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SMSCode for:

• Fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, or unwanted communications
• Bypassing security measures, bans, or age restrictions of another service
• Illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities
• Financial fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
• Activities that violate telecommunications regulations or carrier policies
• Services that explicitly prohibit virtual number verification

6. Credits and In-App Purchases

Credit packs are digital goods used within SMSCode:

What Credits Are:

Credits are in-app units used to claim temporary verification numbers. In the reservation flow, they are consumed after a successful claim.

Store Billing:

Credit packs are one-time consumable in-app purchases processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. They are not subscriptions or auto-renewing purchases.

No Expiration:

Credits do not expire and remain available until used.

Prices:

The applicable price is shown by the store before you confirm the purchase.

7. Refunds and Billing Support

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or store policy. If a completed store purchase does not add credits, contact support with the receipt or transaction details. Refund requests may need to be submitted through Apple or Google.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability and Limitations

We provide availability information as accurately as reasonably possible, but stock, provider behavior, delivery, and destination-service acceptance can change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful SMS delivery, or acceptance of a number by another service. To the extent permitted by law, SMSCode is provided as available.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update the App, the service, or these Terms. Changes become effective when posted in the App. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect the service. If you have questions or a purchase issue, contact us through the App's support section.
