How do I get a temporary phone number?+
Choose a service and country, review the availability check and credit quote, then confirm the reservation. The number is shown after the reservation is successfully claimed.
Why didn't I receive the SMS code?+
Keep the verification screen open while the number is active. Delivery depends on the destination service and provider. If the code does not arrive, follow the cancellation or expiry guidance shown in the app, or try another available option.
How long do I have to complete verification?+
The app displays the current reservation or verification deadline. This time depends on the service and provider, so complete the verification before the timer ends.
Can I reuse or extend a number?+
No. Each number is intended for one verification session and cannot be extended. Start a new reservation after the current one ends.
What if the verification code doesn't work?+
Enter the complete code exactly as received. If it still does not work, the destination service may have rejected the number or applied additional security checks.
How do credits work?+
Credits are in-app units used to claim temporary verification numbers. Credit packs are one-time consumable purchases, can be purchased more than once, and do not expire. In the reservation flow, credits are consumed only after a successful claim.
